Fitting the Thermoskin Elastic Wrist Wrap
To correctly fit the Thermoskin Elastic Wrist Wrap:
- Put your thumb through the hole
- Wrap the wrap around the outside of your hand/wrist area
- Fasten the Velcro to secure the wrap
